Van conversion meeting
The process begins with a thorough van conversion meeting, where we map out your individual needs, wishes and budget. We discuss the vehicle, its intended use, and preliminary solutions.

Quote and contract
Based on the needs we've mapped out, we prepare a preliminary quote for you. Once the quote works for you, we sign a contract that officially kicks off the project.

Detailed design
In this stage, we create a precise, approved plan. We decide on every detail of the project (the vehicle, floor plan, technical systems, interior materials, electrical system, etc.). The design stage ends when both parties have approved the final plan.

Build stage & material orders
Once the plan is approved, we order the materials and begin the actual build. This is the stage where your dream starts to become reality.

Interim review
Once the project has reached a certain point, we hold an interim review where you get to see your van's progress and the solutions we've built. Other agreed visits during the build are also possible.

Handover & approval
When the build stage is complete, the end result is a finished campervan. The project concludes when both parties have approved the finished work — and you receive the keys to your new travel companion!
